Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! We offer local delivery within 30 miles of Painesville, Ohio. Just select “Local Delivery” at checkout to avoid shipping charges.
Do you drop ship?
No — we do not drop ship. Every product you see on our website is carefully inspected, stored, and shipped directly by us. This ensures you always receive items that meet our quality standards.
How do you package orders?
Each order is safely wrapped and packaged with care to make sure it arrives in perfect condition, ready to wear or gift.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 24 hours of being placed. Orders made on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Where can I shop in person?

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 business days of delivery as long as the original tags are intact and the item is undamaged. For more details on how to start a return, please visit our Return Policy page.
How do I know what size to order?
We include a size guide on each product page to help you find your best fit. If an item runs oversized, fitted, or unique in sizing, we’ll make note of it in the description. Still unsure? Send us a message — we’re happy to help!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo and Shop Pay.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer digital gift cards that make the perfect last-minute gift. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions on how to redeem them at checkout.
Can I include a gift note?
Absolutely! If you’d like to send your order as a gift, leave us a note at checkout and we’ll include a handwritten message for the recipient.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

Will you be restocking sold-out items?
Some of our best-sellers may be restocked, but many of our pieces are small batch and limited edition. To be the first to know about restocks, follow us on social media and sign up for our email list.
