Shipping Policy – Domestic U.S. Orders Only

At Envy Co, we’re dedicated to delivering your items safely and swiftly. Please review our current shipping guidelines:

Shipping Locations: We currently ship to 48 U.S. states, not including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday. Orders placed on a Holiday will ship the following business day. Pre-order items may have extended processing times—please refer to individual product pages for details.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions—don’t miss out!

Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Order Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped so you can follow its journey straight to your doorstep.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages: If your tracking info shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your package, please contact us within 3 days so we can assist you. Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us at returns@shoptheenvyco.com within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description. While we take great care in packaging your order, mistakes or damages can occasionally happen — and we’ll work quickly to make it right.
