At The Envy Co., we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility & Timeframe
- Returns are accepted within 7 business days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and original packaging.
- Items must be free of stains, scents, bodily fluid and deodorant.

How to Start a Return
Email returns@shoptheenvyco.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with instructions and a return address.
- Unless the item is confirmed damaged/incorrect, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Please provide us with the tracking number at returns@shoptheenvyco.com
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us at returns@shoptheenvyco.com within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you an update. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Start a return and note “exchange” in your email. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund.
(Fastest option: return the original and place a new order to secure the item.)
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
