Return & Refund Policy

At The Envy Co., we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Eligibility & Timeframe

Refunds:
Returns for a refund are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Store Credit:
Returns for store credit are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for any return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and original packaging.

  • Items must be free of stains, scents, bodily fluids, and deodorant.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Final-sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Earrings

  • Intimate accessories, including:

    • Bathing suits & swimwear

    • Bodysuits

    • Undergarments & lingerie

    • Shape-wear

    • Bralettes

  • Hair accessories (for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Consumable home products, including:

    • Candles

    • Wax melts

    • Soaps, bath, and body products


How to Start a Return

Email returns@shoptheenvyco.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed damaged or incorrect.

  • Please email your tracking number to returns@shoptheenvyco.com once shipped.

  • Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact returns@shoptheenvyco.com within 3 days of delivery, including photos and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved and returned within 14 days of delivery, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Store Credit Returns

Returns received between 15–30 days of delivery are eligible for store credit only, issued in the form of a digital gift card.

Store credit:

  • Never expires

  • Can be used on any future purchase

  • Is issued after the return is received and approved

  • Non-redeemable for cash

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Start a return and note “exchange” in your email. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit or a refund (based on eligibility timeframe) will be issued.

Fastest option: return the original item and place a new order to secure availability.

We do not charge restocking fees.
